Charge Choice and Charge Choice Plus differ in how charging is managed.
With Charge Choice, WeaveGrid monitors your vehicle’s charging but does not control when charging happens. You remain fully in control of when your vehicle charges, and WeaveGrid simply tracks charging activity.
With Charge Choice Plus, WeaveGrid actively manages your charging schedule. Charging plans are automatically optimized based on electricity rates and grid conditions to help align charging with lower-cost, off-peak periods and maximize potential savings.
Because Charge Choice Plus requires WeaveGrid to manage your charging schedule, you can only enroll in one of these programs at a time. If you prefer to control your own charging, Charge Choice may be the better fit. If you’d like automated charging optimization to help reduce costs, Charge Choice Plus may be the better option.
